I have been teaching Special Education for 12 years.  I'm originally from Connecticut, but moved to the Charlotte area in 2008.  My family moved to Wilmington in the beginning of August, and I absolutely love it here!

I live with my husband, Brion, and our two kids, Ella who is 8 and Connor who is 5.  We also have a spunky puppy named Jetty.  In my spare time I love being outside.  I enjoy going to the beach, gardening, and going to parks.
